Frank Tierney has four decades of property and project experience. Frank is a fully licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer, Business Agent and Stock & Station Agent across a number of states within Australia.
Frank has had continuing membership as a fellow of both the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the Real Estate Institute of NSW for over 30 years and has held various positions in the Real Estate Industry that includes Chairman of the First National Real Estate Group for three years.
Frank specialises in all matters of property governance and property solutions with an emphasis on best practice and standardising procedures within large, complex property portfolios.
Blake Kempthorne is Tierney Property Group’s Development Manager overseeing a diverse range of projects.
Blake has more than 10 years of project management, consultancy and development experience, gained through both public and private developments. With degrees in Property & Commerce, Blake’s expertise ranges from feasibility analysis, to large scale project delivery, acquisition & development.
Blake brings skills in development risk mitigation, portfolio management and service delivery to the team at Tierney Property Group. He is also an Agent Representative within Victoria.
Sue Phillips comes to Tierney Property Group with 20 years experience in a wide range of senior administrative and executive support roles. Prior to joining Tierney Property Group, Sue spent 3 years supporting a Faculty Dean at Victoria University. Previous to that Sue enjoyed a 12 year career in financial services.
Sue is committed to providing exceptional customer service and works across a range of not-for-profit sectors including education, health, aged care and social welfare. She has direct experience in leasing, acquisition, disposals and relocations – and has worked to establish systems and processes for our clients.
Sue prides herself in her knowledge, service and professionalism. Sue has completed a Diploma in Business Administration and is an Agents Representative within Victoria.
Ross Pickford has over four decades of management and business experience in the Private and Government sector. He spent fifteen years working in general and technical management roles and in subsequent years has accumulated a diverse wealth of experience from living and working in a variety of roles overseas. More recently back in Australia, Ross has worked in the residential investment property arena, the building extensions industry and the technical solutions field.
Ross has a range of qualifications with a Bachelor Degree, majoring in Computer Science and Logic, Post- Graduate qualifications in IT (Software Engineering), an Associate Diploma in Business (Management) and a further qualification in Entrepreneurship.
Ross is currently overseeing new construction and remedial work for a national client in Papua New Guinea. His Senior Project Management role has a specific focus on communications, recruitment of key personnel, infrastructure development and asset security.
